Adrianna specializes in all aspects of construction dispute resolution and construction litigation during the course of work. These include construction lien matters, labour material payment bonds and performance bonds, and disputes that arise during construction such as scope and schedule changes, payment disputes, and delay claims. She has extensive experience in contract review and development. 

Since 2008, Adrianna has built a thriving practice at Goodfellow & Schuettlaw representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers at all tiers of the contractual relationship. She is a regular contributor to the Calgary Construction Association newsletter and presents widely on the Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act.

Adrianna is an innovative and successful litigator and negotiator who thrives in dynamic environments and adapts quickly. She has participated in various alternative dispute resolution proceedings including arbitration, mediation, and judicial dispute resolution. She is an Adjudicator appointed by ARCANA (AB) under the Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act.

Adrianna’s weekends are often spent in the beautiful Elk Valley tearing up the mountain bike trails.
